Please use the following form to alert Dally Library staff of upcoming assignments that you may be giving to your students. Material will either be pulled from our shelves or requested from other libraries in our consortium. Material will be ordered in your name and may be checked out by you to take back to your classroom. Alternately, material can be held at the library to be checked out by your students.
